How can I make more milk?

Don’t use pacifiers or milk bottles before 4 weeks old

Some mothers may express breastmilk by breastpumps and then let someone else to feed the baby, while they could rest, go out or spend time with other family members. You could feed your baby with the expressed breastmilk by cup-feeding instead of milk bottles/teats within the first month after birth. Suckling breast and sucking teat or pacifier is different. Teats or pacifiers may affect some babies to learn and master effective breastfeeding (also called "nipple confusion") in the first month. You may consider using a pacifier or teat when your baby is over one month old.
